As usually we need to start the 3D model, after observation of the reference images based on our requirement, OBSERVATION is the first IMPORTANT thing
I started the modeling by building the base
We are creating the Low-Poly model, and it's not a PBR work flow, so I create the digital version of the brick texture by using Photoshop software
As we already know it's a game ready Low-Poly model, so that we need to create all possible depths in texture only (Instead of Modeling, for saving the polygon count), So I created all possible details in texture in Photoshop software by using, Bevel and Drop-shadow and by using some more options
The model is very HUGE! I know it's not a good process, but I overlap UV's, for saving the UV space and getting the good quality in texture and finally I completed the model to 90%
Here we can observe the polygon count of our model, it's very low
Finally I have completed the remaining pending model and uploaded in SketchFab
